i am looking for alternative power source for a offshore fish farm whereby i only can rely on a diesel powered generator.

I have also considered importing in roof-mounted wind turbine as wind is abundant out in the sea, will not be considering wave/hydro power as the currents in Singapore is not able suppport.

Your invention looks interesting, but i will be more interested if it can support a vast applicances like refrigerator, TV, lightings, pumps, etc.

Furthermore, on my end, things get corrode easily, even stainless steel gets "stained" in a few days. I think i will be rusty when i am there fulltime next year.. Laughing

my FYP is more of converting vibrational kinetic energy to electrical energy using a MEMs device. The goal is in 15 years time, they will be able to port such a device over to things like pacemakers, such that the pacemakers may be able to run forever without being taken out every 5 years for battery replacement

sad to say but this idea doesnt meet the requirements of free energy. U need to move ur hand to make those magnet works. Those involved energy. There are better solution in the internet than yours.

Hmmmm, I didn't read of such a thing yet. Anyway if my project were to succeed in the long run (of cuz not by me), then pacemakers might be able to run indefinitely. By converting vibrational energy to electrical energy, my project will be able to harvest such vibrational energy that are wasted when for example, a MRT train moves or when a bus moves. The potential usage for such a possible device is limitless. Best of all, it is a clean/renewable/non-polluting source of energy.

THis experiment is a sham because it does not work and he is removing comments that point to that fact on youtube. Obviously he has been convinced by many people that it is a just fooling around with people's heads, but he just wants the fame.

I will say again, this contraption is merely the longer route around a problem that has a solution which was designed many years ago by the dutch with their windmills. Magnets do not store energy. Force is not = to energy.

one thing i can suggest: make a build in tesla generator to make the magnet stimulate the wheel. and tesla generator is using free energy from air/fluid viscosity

The main flaw of such a project is that electromagnetic energy depend heavily on the speed of motion, in which case, the movement of his device is too slow to generate sufficient energy

For gravity and inertia, we may be able to use gravity force generated by our Earth's gravity field (i.e. like if you would to propel a rocket to the Earth's orbit, you will in fact revolve around the Earth forever (or at least for hundreds of thousands of orbits, without the need of engine power).

Inertia has its own inertia/momentum due to the object's mass and velocity. The wheel may be able to move by gravity of its "lop"-sided mass and spin, then the magnet may "propel" the spinning motion of the wheel through inertia/momentum of the wheel to keep the wheel spinning.

Am I correct in the above? Very Happy

Erm... Not really... Inertia makes an object continue in its state of motion only if no external force acts on it. In other words, it must be a separate system.
